Panorama Music Festival returns to NYC for its second year on Friday, July 28. While most festivalgoers may already have their music schedules locked down (can't accidentally miss Solange or MGMT), we’re all about the options between sets. Check out our list of the can’t-miss food and drinks at the three-day festival on Randall's Island — because you’re going to need some fuel after all that dancing.
“Nice Buns” from 2nd City USA
The buzzy Filipino taqueria will be serving highlights of its creative Asian-inspired menu (with playful names to match). Look for “Poke Me,” a poke bowl with tuna, sweet miso and coconut rice; the Cali burrito featuring seared pork belly and crispy fries; and “Nice Buns,” aka pork belly bao with sweet and tangy pickles.
Coney dog from Ed & Bev's
There’s nothing quite like a hot dog on a sultry summer day, and this Detroit-style Coney Island diner will be offering its Coney dog (a Michigan classic) topped with housemade chili, yellow mustard and diced onions. Regular hot dogs and veggie dogs are also on the menu, plus coleslaw, french fries and potato salad.
Iced watermelon matcha from MatchaBar
Cool down and stay hydrated with drinks from this green tea specialist, which will be supplying iced matcha lattes, matcha lemonade and an Insta-worthy watermelon-matcha combo.

For a sweet, cold treat (and respite from the heat and crowds), this Williamsburg-based scoop shop has you covered with its unusual-yet-intriguing flavors and ice cream sandwiches.
Chicken tinga tacos from Salvation Taco
April Bloomfield and Ken Friedman’s trendy Mexican spot will be popping up at Panorama, serving a pared-down menu of tacos filled with carnitas (pibil-rubbed pork, cilantro, onions, and spicy avocado and tomatillo salsa) or our favorite, chicken tinga (shredded confit chicken thighs tossed in a tomato morita sauce and finished with queso).
Trapizzini from Trapizzino
This Roman street-food specialist is known for its trapizzini, triangular bread pockets stuffed with a rotating selection of fillings. For the festival, look for doppia panna (burrata, Sicilian anchovies), parmigiana (eggplant, tomato, mozzarella, basil, Parmesan) and polpetta (meatball, tomato). Fried risotto balls are also on the menu.
Uma-ritto from Uma Temakeria
For a portable bite that’s a little more healthy, Uma Temakeria will be rolling up its signature sushi burrito, Uma-ritto, filled with salmon, tuna, tobanjan mayo, cucumber, carrots, tempura crunch and sesame seeds; and the tofu-ritto, a vegan option featuring marinated tofu, seaweed salad, seasonal pickles, carrot, daikon and ginger miso.
Margherita pizza from Roberta's
This Bushwick-based pizza maker will be firing up a selection of pies, including its classic margherita, Bee Sting (topped with sopressat and honey) and Speckenwolf (speck and crimini mushrooms).

An indulgent treat to satisfy both a sweet tooth and desire for deep-fried deliciousness (it happens to the best of us), Sam’s will be frying up vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and green tea ice cream.

The NoLita fast-casual with changing, curated menus from top chefs is making its Panorama debut, offering a menu of soba bowls with toppings like bacon, smoked salmon and green onions.
